Welcome to Friendship Village Campground and RV Park located in beautiful Bedford County, PA. Here in this picturesque countryside, the British built a fort to withstand Indian raids. Today, campers come to visit the nearby Fort and also to relax in a place where life moves along at a slower pace. The campground has a family oriented atmosphere and activities. It provides excellent facilities for campers in tents as well as big rigs. Come and stay with us and visit area attractions.

    Ladies Tea Party Mother/Child look-a-like "fancy hat contest." Brunch and planter to all ladies who attend. Bring a picture of you and your child for our picture board, and don't forget a fancy hat and a teacup. 1pm: Kids Club Mother's Day Activity.

    Mexican Fiesta: 5pm
    Taco dinner, pinatas, music and games. Reservations required and limited. $$

    Safety Weekend
    10am-2pm. Experience emergency safety first hand. Emergency helicopter, ambulance, fire truck, bike & water safety, vital checks, fingerprinting, Ident-A-Kid., Red Cross blood drive, etc.

    11am - Father and child matchbox car race. Bring your favorite car or buy one at our store.

    June 26
    Friendship Village Kids' Olympics: 10am-2pm
    Kids ages 5-14 compete for Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. New activities for this year. Lunch is provided for all participants at no charge and may be purchased by spectators for a minimal fee.

    July 2-5
    All American Day: 10am
    Celebrate by wearing your red, white, and blue. Join us for adult and children wiffle ball competitions. Teams will decorate their own hats and flags. Hot dogs, apple pie and drinks will be available for all participants.

    July 9-10
    Country Western & Pig Roast
    Friday: 7pm Make Mine Country (Country Group)
    Saturday: 10am Sign up for horseshoe pitching contest for both adults and children.
    Saturday: 5pm Join us for a pig roast. Meal includes baked potato, dressing , baked beans, applesauce, and ice tea. Country western outfits encouraged. Reservations required and limited. $$

    July 17
    Carnival Weekend: 11am-4pm
    Games, dunk tank, face painting, blow-up maze, clown blow-up space walk, balloons and prizes. Carnival foods such as funnel cakes, snow cones, cotton candy, corn dogs, etc. will be available. $$

    July 23
    Hawaiian Beach Party: 6-9pm
    Enjoy music, dancing, games and activities at the pool. Homemade ice cream and drinks will be available for all participants. Bring your favorite summer finger food item. Hawaiian outfits are encouraged.

    July 25-31
    Bedford County Fair Week
    The Bedford County Fair features livestock, rides, food and entertainment. Pay one price admission.

    At 10am, come join the fun of harvest, decorate pumpkins, make scarecrows, dive in haystack for surprises, hayrides, etc. $$ Children 12 and under. 7pm flashlight candy hunt and a campfire. S'mores will be provided.

    Festival in downtown Bedford. Over 400 craft vendors.

    Apple/Craft Festival: 10am-4pm
    Enjoy fresh cider made on premises, watch apple butter boil in the big black kettle, and enjoy old fashioned apple dumplings. Buy or sell crafts. Craft tables available in clubhouse and barn - $5.00 a table. Reserve table at office.
